This google sheet is quite simple and user friendly. A same copy of the cheque book counterfoil we maintain.
It has small calculation which assist us in tracking how much is the balance to be kept due in the bank.
List down the party name in the data sheet and you need not to enter again back in the Party name again as the drop down starts showing the names
Please make Copy of the Google Sheet before starting
For making a copy of the Google sheet : Go to File Menu > Make a copy
